At Credit
Resource Corp., we specialize in helping our client's increase their scores
through credit improvement and education. We offer 6-Month and 90-Day
programs as defined below. Regardless of which program or service you
select, our goal is to make sure that you MAXIMIZE your current credit
situation. We have an average success rate of 75-80% overall in correcting,
or removing inaccurately reported information from a client's credit report,
and on average, we see an increase in credit scores by 75 to 125+ points
over a 4-6 month period. However, you will start seeing improvement within
the first 45-60 days if not sooner. The increase can be even more significant
if the client participates and follows the consulting advice given by
Credit Resource Corp. from the beginning of the program.
In our
programs we:
Educate
you on how the credit scoring system works so that when you leave one
of our programs, you have the tools and knowledge that you need to move
forward in managing and maintaining your credit better -- for life!
Consult
with you on 100% of what makes up your credit scores. Most people believe
that the only reason they have a low score is because of late pays,
charge-offs, bankruptcies, etc., but this is not the case. There are
instances where someone with a bankruptcy may have a higher score than
someone with just a couple late pays? There are many reasons why a credit
score is low and the only way to know what those reasons are is through
experience, research and staying on top of the credit industry laws
and changes in the scoring model industry. CRC has successfully helped
thousands of borrowers increase their credit scores under even the most
difficult circumstances.
Unlike most credit
companies, CRC's job doesn't stop at sending dispute letters to the
three major credit bureaus because we know that only 35% of your credit
scores are made up of credit repair issues. We coach you
on how to establish new credit when needed, how to manage open active
accounts strategially, and how to deal with unpaid collections and public
records in a way that won't hurt your credit scores or finance goals.
By making sure that everything is on track with your credit, including
the 65% that has nothing to do with bad history, your potential score
increase in our program is maximized.
We work hard
for you, and if you are in the process of wanting to purchase a new
home, we will work with your mortgage and real estate professional directly
to determine what factors are key to loan approval.
For those
borrowers who have credit scores below 680, with serious credit challenges
including public records, collections, charge-offs, identity theft issues,
bankruptcy issues, a lack of open active credit accounts and multiple
inaccuracies reporting (including AKA's, wrong addresses, paid balance
showing as unpaid, good credit not reporting), we offer a 6-Month Credit
Improvement & Education Program.

What You Can
Expect During the Program:
An in-depth consultation
with a credit specialist. Your specialist will talk to you about your
open active accounts, your derogatory history and all elements that
are affecting your credit scores negatively. You should be able to walk
away from this consultation with a very clear idea of how CRC can help,
and what the Take Action Plan will be for both you and CRC.
A CRC Credit Specialist
will then assess your current credit situation in great detail. This
assessment takes several hours, and becomes the strategy used in the
credit score improvement program. The result of this assessment will
be your Unique Credit Score Analysis described below.
By week two, you
will receive a Welcome Package from which will include:
A 10-14 page
in-depth analysis report of the information on your current credit
profile and how that information relates to the credit scoring
system. Throughout the report we will give you specific instructions
on items that you will be responsible for while you are in this
program. In order to make improvements in your credit scores,
it is important that you follow our advice as closely as possible,
in a timely manner. The report will also give you a detailed list
of the items that CRC will be working on for you.
Several educational
documents on Credit.
Your first dispute
cycle with the credit bureaus will happen within 10 days of starting
your file. This is where letters are sent to the bureaus to challenge
the accuracy of the negative items on your credit reports. In our 6-month
program you will receive 4 dispute cycles, and in our 90-day program
you will receive 2 dispute cycles. Our experience with working on thousands
of files that a new cycle of letters should be sent every 40-45 days
to avoid being labeled frivilous by the credit bureaus which could ultimately
defeat the purpose of your credit score improvement program. Note: Only
35% of your credit score is made up of credit repair issues. So although
sending dispute letters is an important part of the overall process,
it is only a third of what CRC's program entails.
Depending on the
strategy applied to your case, it could take anywhere from 3-6 weeks
for you to start receiving paperwork from creditors and the three major
credit bureaus showing the improvements due to the work CRC has done
on your case. All you need to do is mail us everything you receive from
the credit bureaus. The progress of your account depends on you making
sure to mail all paperwork to us within 3-5 days of receiving it. This
especially applies to those who are in the 90-Day program. You want
to utilize every moment of Credit Resource Corp.'s expertise. Without
this paperwork, CRC will not be able to give you an update on your account
and we will not be able to enter into the next dispute cycle with the
credit bureaus.
It would be impossible
for CRC to know all the details about your credit profile. In order
to maximize our efforts, we will need some more information from you.
When you receive your first full credit report from each credit bureau
(Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), we ask that you go through each
trade line reporting, good and bad, and verify what is being reported
about you. Your Credit Score Analysis will give you a detailed list
of what to look for. Your job is to circle and make notes next to items
that raise questions and to send us those reports as outlined above
in 4. This Verification Process should only be done ONE TIME, on the
first full credit report that you receive from each credit bureau.
Over the remainder
of the program, you will receive statements on your account, credit
education newsletters and applicable reminder emails from CRC asking
for updates and paperwork as needed.
In month 4 of the
6-Month Program, CRC will audit your file to make sure that progress
is on track as planned. It is at this time that a CRC Specialist will
contact you either by telephone or email to go over any questionable
or actionable items (i.e. collection accounts that have been verified,
and will need to be negotiated.)
At the end of your
program , you will receive a closing package (which includes a full
statement on your account.) And several items that will help you continue
to manage and maintain your reestablished credit in the future.
