For those borrowers who are in a hurry to proceed with the
loan process, CRC offers "Expedite It", a program
that focuses on creating results within 60-120 days vs.
6 months. You can apply this add on to the programs above
at a cost of $200 for an individual, and $350 for an individual
w/spouse. There are no guarantees, however, the 100% refund
policy still applies to the basic program. The expedite
fees are non-refundable.
